Hard to beat in terms of friendliness. Slight language difficulties are overcome with kind gestures. Technical questions will be answered to the best of our knowledge. Nice little shop.

Our mother had her 85th birthday on Valentine's Day, which we couldn't spend together due to political restrictions. Luckily I found Ms. Hausa on the internet (fleuroproots etc. were out of the question) and my sister and I ordered flowers from there. They were delivered on time on the birthday with a congratulations at the apartment door, my mother was very happy, both bouquets are very beautiful (and our standards are really high, since we are both passionate hobby gardeners ourselves :-))

When it comes to a florist's shop, I have the right to the best quality of the plants - a lack of water, which you can already see from the foliage, does not meet this requirement. In the case of complaints, a note is given that only water is missing... Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this specialist shop.

Five stars. Very good communication. top flowers. Had flowers sent to my mom for Mother's Day for €50. She says the bouquet is worth €70-80. That says it all. Called, transferred money and they delivered on time in the time window. Mom was delighted. Thank you thank you Denise
