As an industry expert, I consider it a courageous attempt to send pond and water plants via parcel service, because the parcels often end up being thrown, pushed and rudely. Taking into account these processes, which are the same for all parcel service providers, it was really well packed and the plants were in good condition. Some will have been less fortunate than me, especially if the delivery was too long on the way. In any case, I am super satisfied with the selection and quality of the plants and would order again despite the transport risk, because the plants are much cheaper than buying them individually from specialist retailers!

Great plants, good packaging and friendly customer service at an unbelievably low price. Unfortunately, some of the plants broke during shipping due to sudden frost and sub-zero temperatures. After a short communication with the seller, however, all damaged plants were quickly and easily exchanged for new, beautiful and bushy specimens. I will definitely order from this seller again.

Order number: 21610 Tiger lotus arrived with the bulb severed. I've been trying to get in touch via email and phone for several months. I get absolutely no answer. I will never order there again.

Unfortunately, I noticed the bad reviews too late. Since I ordered through Amazon, I thought I would get good goods. Unfortunately a mistake. Had ordered a lotus lance for the aquarium. Arrived full of duckweed. Anyone who has ever had duckweed in the water knows what I'm talking about. Answer from seller! You can wash that out. But hello! Doesn't he know that if you don't catch one, everything will be in the water in no time. No salesman in the pet store would sell me such a plant. For 50 years it hasn't happened to me that I had to experience something like this. But actually that's how it is. You don't know the customer. Everything online and there it is sausage and it doesn't matter what the customer thinks about the company. Or is Corona being exploited here? Many customers now prefer to shop online. I personally see no future for this dealer.
