Was served extremely unfriendly yesterday (2/13/23). I can understand that things can get a little hectic just before Valentine's Day. But even such a relatively small shop should be able to handle 5 customers. The service was visibly overwhelmed and this was reflected in a disastrous way of their behavior towards the customers. I will definitely not be shopping here again (it's a pity).

My experience with this flower shop used to be generally good. I was satisfied with the work of the ladies, which was also the reason why I inquired whether larger orders such as making a wedding decoration (table bouquets, bridal bouquet, church decorations, etc.) are carried out by them. I brought photos and documented everything very precisely, inevitably I didn't insist on certain types of flowers, but rather the choice of color etc. (dark magenta/dark red roses/peonies with small accents of beige if it doesn't look otherwise and I like to be nice and lush so that the tables look nice look full and rather a bit disheveled and not tied so tightly.) I even submitted a vase so that the ladies know the dimensions and how long everything has to be shortened. Prices are given based on my photos. We came the day before the wedding to pick everything up and bring it to the location, as agreed. At first I thought the ladies were handing us another order because it wasn't like all the pictures I submitted, but no, it should actually be our flowers! Shocked, I looked at the table bouquets, which were just so puny that they fell into the vase! (Sorry, what did I submit vases for???) 3 whole flowers were in these "bouquets" - the color wasn't what it was supposed to be either. The men's pins were an odd kind of little pink roses that just had brown edges and looked old! it should just be 1 rose and not white in color! With the bridal bouquet, the flowers fell out of the bouquet on the way to the registry office. The church decoration was so small that at first I didn't even know what it was - every candle in the church was bigger! Of course we complained about all of this, but only 2 leaves were attached to the bottom of the table bouquets so that the "bouquet" didn't fall into the vase! and yes, it really was! Shocked, helpless, delivered! Where should I get new flowers 1 day before the wedding??? so we took the crap with us... and yes we were so stupid and perplexed that we paid (decent people do). Subsequent complaints via e-mail, etc., asking whether we could be compensated in any way or offered financial compensation/vouchers or the like, everything was vehemently blocked. Customer satisfaction - unimportant! Even the ladies in the shop admitted that our delivery never came and they had to improvise - how can this happen with a lead time of 1 month? And then claim that everything went as agreed. We paid a lot of money and got a huge disappointment. You don't accept such assignments if you're not up to it or simply can't. Outrageous. Impossible. Incomprehensible. Never again, I wouldn't even buy a daisy there!

Flowers and the rest of the range very good, it's always clean and nice, quick service...there are a few ladies who are very good at wrapping flowers for a gift or bouquet, yesterday I came across a lady who is so ugly i was shocked i was able to come back today and another lady in literally minutes very nicely packaged. the prices are affordable if you look at the goods somehow. I recommend

@ Heike Klaas I think it's incredible of you to spread such nonsense on the internet. How about speaking to the person in person first and not publicly dragging your name through the mud here. That's a cowardly number of you!! I don't know what's going on in some people and if they even have any shame left. I can only say: the girls there are doing a great job. Everyone has a bad day. We're all human!!! But something like this is bottom drawer. Just think about it. I reported the comment to Google. That doesn't work at all!!
