Ordered two young plants, one mature oncidium and some other essentials. They arrived safely to Czechia in less than 3 days after it was delivered and the packaging was impeccable. It's a bonus that they try to use recyclable materials to package the orchids. My orchids seem pest free and my oncidium came with 3 spikes in bloom instead of the 2 flower spikes as described. I'm very happy with my purchase and am waiting for more of my favourites to be restocked :)

I buy some rare paphiopedilum from Wichmann. The price are very good, the shipping is fast with an excellent packaging. The paphs are awesome! Very nice healthy plants, with good substrate

My experience is quite opposite.....as someone who life's around the corner from wichmann I come here often and have fine experience with their center...the shopping part is the only part that is accessible for normal customers that just drop by...and isn't extremely huge but it has a fine an neat impression with always changing examples on display that are all for sale...very friendly and helpful personal (all the ladies) that are always ready to help you with advice and good packing of your bought plants if you are transporting. We have bought multiple races and strains and our experiences with wichmann are fine...but as a note I always come over physically in their store in Germany... I have no Internet shop experience...but my experience with buying on location are excellent. I can advice anyone who is in the area of celle to go there if you are looking for some good orchids or just want to visit and have a look..fine center with fine personal and don't forget to pet the cats while you are there...

I was able to both visit the store and receive my chosen items via the post. The store was pretty big with lots of various orchids and other plants on display, it really was quite amazing. When we were to the checkout, my friend translated that I kept a lot of orchids at home and they ended up letting me go into the warehouse back of the store and I got to choose a few more unusual orchids. Shipping was expensive enough but I have to say they were all very well packed, however, the flowers on them sadly didn't last long and I'm not sure if that was due to the shipping time (Germany > Ireland) or just change in environment. They (eight) orchids have yet to rebloom and I've had almost a year. The knock down in points is that the entrance to the store wasn't very clear and we were walking around like lost souls, tried a door and got a bit of a rude signposting to where the entrance actually was. My biggest gripe is that I fully believe once of the gorgeous Paphiopedilum I got had a mealybug infestation, which I am STILL battling and has essentially got around all my other orchids. (isolate and sprayed with sanitiser, which did the job). Overall, I would recommend them, however.

I received my first order today, 3 days after placing my order (within Germany), so processing the order and shipping were very fast. I ordered a few equipment and 4 orchids and I was amazed by them. All 4 orchids either had buds or flowers and everything survived the shipping without any damage. 2 out of the 4 orchids were so, so big! I did not even dream that for this price I would get such an adult, beautiful, big plant. I was extremely pleased with everything and looking forward to ordering more in the future (I just have to find place for them :) )
