I am always very satisfied with my flowers and bouquets that I buy here. Lots of choice and great quality! The employees are always friendly and helpful. And sometimes there is even a little treat for our fur nose. :) I'm always happy to come by!
I shop here once or twice a week. The employees are always friendly and nice. They always try to find a solution to my request and I am consistently satisfied with that. I always get beautiful bouquets here. The ladies are so great! If you want a beautiful, great bouquet, you should definitely come here.
I'm usually a regular customer in the shop and buy several bouquets a week, but I was very disappointed today because I wanted a bouquet worth around €60 tied three quarters of an hour before the shop closed and was sent away because they said there wasn't 10 minutes left. The lady just didn't feel like it anymore. This is how you scare away regular customers!!!
I was at Blume2000 today 07/09/22 to buy a eucalyptus bush. There was a saleswoman who probably came from another branch and helped out. I found out from a conversation. This saleswoman was soooo super nice and friendly to all customers and also took her time and explained everything. I don't know that from the branch here, the regular staff in Buxtehude doesn't usually shine with friendliness.
