After two years of Corona with various lockdowns, I have now brought myself to redeem my "von VOR Corona" voucher, before and during the Corona high phase I just didn't want to do it . As a "reward", the voucher from September 2019 was no longer recognized and (only) half of it was charged as a gesture of goodwill. Here I made myself smart again with consumer protection: "A voucher is basically valid for three years, because every general civil law claim expires in three years. This is no different with the claim on which a voucher is based (from a purchase contract, service contract, etc.). The three years are calculated from the end of the year , in which the voucher was issued (§§ 195, 199 BGB)." Which means the full voucher should have been recognized by the end of 2022. It's a shame - floral design, never again for me...
