Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this flower shop. I was satisfied for many years, but now the price/performance ratio is no longer right. The flowers in small bundles at a high price plus 3 euros for tying and another 3 euros for grass or leaves. This is not related.

Very bad service, supposedly temporary help from another branch. Couldn't count. Miscalculated by a significant amount . When I pointed this out, there was no apology Paid for my order in advance. Needed flowers for a funeral which I picked up the next day. Unfortunately sue were not fresh at all. They gave me the wilted ones from the day before or even older. Had to sort out a lot. I do not recommend this branch at all.

Wanted to buy a bouquet of flowers for €20, unfortunately the finished bouquets were very colourful/cheesy and absolutely not for me. So I asked if someone could tie a bouquet for me, but that would cost just under 8€ just for tying and choosing the bouquet I wanted. Even altering an already tied bouquet would result in these fees. I have never heard or seen anything like that you have to pay fees to a florist. I mean, isn't that a florist's job? So bought a super great self-tied bouquet elsewhere without any fees.

Was there for the second time today, nice friendly staff and they responded to questions. Today % were on various flowers e.g. orchids these would be automatically deducted at checkout. I got this information from another flower lady who advised me before! 👍 Unfortunately I only looked at the receipt at home and unfortunately it wasn't done. I think it's a pity that the colleague at the checkout missed that! I'll drive over there one day to sort it out. Beautiful before Easter time Ana
