I ordered a bouquet of flowers as a birthday present for delivery on my birthday. I gave the date on a piece of paper. The date was then written down again in the calendar in the flower shop. Why the bouquet of flowers was not delivered on the birthday is beyond me. Real sloppy. Sending flowers on a birthday is not recommended. Very annoying.
