I would like to share my extremely positive experience with the flower shop in Bernau and give a review. The company, especially the owner Ms. Hirschfelder and the staff, provided excellent customer service and were extremely friendly and courteous. The outstanding quality of the flowers and plants on offer was particularly impressive. It was clearly recognizable that great importance is attached to freshness and quality. The range was wide and attractively presented. Overall, I can recommend the flower shop in Bernau without reservation and we will be happy to shop there again in the future.

Friendly staff, but not a real Blume 2000. Unfortunately, the shop does not take part in discount campaigns, which there are, however, at other Blume 2000. Will go elsewhere in the future

Small Blume2000 shop with a rather small selection in comparison. I wanted to have a larger bouquet tied for the birth and was instructed that I should take one of the existing ones, because if she (elderly lady) tied, she couldn't collect any other customers in the otherwise rather empty shop. But the existing ones didn't fit. So was then grumpy but bound. It didn't work, however, without constantly lecturing me that I shouldn't take this or that, but other things instead. Impossible! Still well served with 2 stars.

I am often a customer there. The staff are friendly and polite and very competent. Always a kind word. Shopping is fun here. The quality of the goods is great and the prices are good too. Thanks for the always friendly service 👍
