Deceivers! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother while in Ukraine, indicating all the data. in response, I receive an answer that the bouquet cannot be delivered, since the address does not indicate the apartment number, and my parents live in a house where there are no apartment numbers. Why give a phone number if you can't call the recipient? And nowhere is it indicated that the delivery man cannot call the recipient and that the apartment number must be indicated !!! It hurts me a lot because I haven't seen my family for a year and I wanted to give my mom a present. Nobody wants to return the money and help me!
I was very excited and amazed. I hadn't been to Blume2000 for a long time. The brand has moved extremely with the times in terms of design. You get wonderful bouquets of flowers or great potted plants. The whole store is more in the country house look. Very nicely done. I have bought two wonderful large lavender plants that are lovely in the garden. Overall, they try to attach great importance to sustainability. I didn't think so, but I'll probably be happy to come back.
Ordered my bridal bouquet from there. The consultation was a bit exhausting because there were quite a few people in the shop, but the lady still answered all my questions very well and brought in ideas from her experiences. It ended up being a very classic bouquet that went so well with my dress and looked so beautiful! Thank you for this quick, uncomplicated advice and the great bridal bouquet! I was so happy with it and the price was very fair at €35.
Nice little shop. Great selection of flowers, everything smells so great. The flowers have a very good shelf life, there is something for every budget.
FIVE EURO for BINDING !! The next level of executive greed has arrived. Employ staff at starvation wages and make them pay customers for service they take for granted. Take money for the paper to wrap. And for turning your light on. NEVER AGAIN will I enter a Blume2000 shop or buy your flowers/plants from Edeka. All my acquaintances are also outraged, because of course I like to tell everyone about your cheekiness.
