The employee is so incompetent that she can't put together a simple bouquet of flowers. I asked you to put together a bouquet of flowers for about 30 euros. Then it was a question of which flowers, how many, etc. So I could start making them myself right away. After 10 minutes of dissatisfied expression on the woman's face, she said she could now wait about half an hour for it to be finished. Hello? Where is there something like that? Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. Others get it done in 10 minutes at most. One star is too much...
