Bought cat grass, sunflower, and Rosemarin today there I was super happy with their nice quality with reasonable price and friendly n supportive services!! Not only they have plants but also a few small decorations for gardening:) English is not in general working there if asking questions, but with a bit German they'll super nice and willing to help!!

Super friendly and helpful. Really nice flowers and arrangements.

1. the personnel is arrogant and unfriendly. 2. they have signs promising that their flowers will hold a week, but this isn't accurate, to say the least. and when you come back and complain (even as a regular customer) they demand that you bring ALL of the old flowers back as proof (!!!). will never shop there again.

I don’t speak german and they ignore me… even I try to communicate they didn’t make any effort. I guess it is better to buy online.. The shop looks very nice but I will not try to go again…they were very rude.

The girls are so nice and helpful! I spent an hour asking questions in English and they always were there to answer. Really nice place for beginner gardeners but a bit too pricey sometimes.
