Rude staff, Almost refused to help me, and when I asked for a certain type of flower, the girl told me to bring it myself from the bucket, and when I told her (twice) that I couldn't get the flowers out of the bucket , she moved her shoulders as if she was telling me it's none of my business. I was treated as if I was begging from them , not buying . I noticed the difference in the treatment with me and with the man who was buying before me, and I don't know why. I only thought that I was being treated this way because I am not German and veiled. Thanks but never again .

A wonderful flower shop, even my favorite in Berlin. Large selection. I always like to make my own bouquet here from the assortment. Definitely recommended!

I really felt like flowers today, sometimes the soul just needs something beautiful. After a very competent and personal consultation, I was able to get hold of this beautiful bouquet of clematis roses. I'm happy every time I see this bouquet! Thanks again to the friendly staff!

Unfriendly staff on Friedrichstrasse. As soon as I entered the store, I was reminded loudly of the door. Someone behind me actually wanted to come in, I couldn't know at the moment. Then I wanted to take flowers for my Instagram story, which I was forbidden to do. Not contemporary either! I'm constantly advertising for Blume 2000, specifically on Schlossstrasse. I've never experienced anything like that there. But I've let that go now. It's not worth it! That was it for me with Blume2000, since a complaint didn't lead to anything either. Sad.
