I went on 19.05.2020 around midday to this flower shop to buy my third Fycus Lyrata (Fiddle Leaf Fig). The staff was so rude and the lack of knowledge staggering! When I asked about the price, the young lady replied that the price was displayed. I apologized as I could not see it. I asked a second question in which I was totally ignored. They never stopped what they were doing to assist me. I said good morning to the second older lady working on the counter and she did not even replied back. I left the shop right away after that. I will NEVER come back to this Flower Shop and I advise you to NEVER go there!!! I feel so bad right now.

Cool shop and very welcoming staff. Bought there one zamiokulkas around a year ago, now it’s grown into four big plants already and growing even more 😀

Very friendly staff who seem happy to help. They're great with suggesting flowers for bunches and my partner is happy every time I get her something from here.

Super nice and polite, they helped me even tho they were closing. Unheard of in Berlin!
