When I entered the flower shop at 5:20 p.m. on June 26, 2023 and wanted to have a bunch (15 roses) put together, the employee got upset that I still wanted my own bunch 10 minutes before the shop closed and tried to persuade me to give me a finished bouquet to buy. The employee was wrong because the shop is open until 6:30 p.m.... when she realized that she had made a mistake, she was in a really bad mood and tied the bouquet from 5:25 p.m. to 5:50 p.m. (25 min) as revenge. She didn't care at all if a line had already formed and people had to wait just as long, as long as she could make me wait longer. I will never enter the store again and can only hope that the employee will be replaced as she scares away any customers! When I asked if she was making me wait on purpose she just ignored me...
New employees for a few weeks. The goods are no longer as fresh as before. Bought 3 bunches of long roses (approx. €13.00 per bunch!), didn't even give a sachet of fresh flowers. The second time again 3 bunches of roses, fresh flowers on request, the third time there was 1 bag for the three bunches 😩 all roses didn't make it 7 days. Buy my weekly flowers from Edeka now. They are cheaper and fresher
I bought 3 bouquets on Tuesday. The flowers were wrapped high in paper. At home I was able to throw away a third of the ranunculus. I cut them all and put them in fresh water. I changed the water yesterday. And today I was able to remove 6 ranunculus stalks again and the daffodils dried up in the water. Only the tulips are ok! This yield leaves me disappointed and upset! Will probably buy my flowers somewhere else in the future!
I was satisfied with the goods, unfortunately the lady didn't feel like customers Therefore only 3 stars.
I like going to the store, and I usually bought something, the last two bouquets of roses lasted 14 days, a sign of freshness. The autumn bowl is also pretty to look at on the balcony table. The saleswomen are nice and give good advice. Flowers are good for the soul, and fresh produce is even more pleasing.
