I'm always in this flowershop fresh flowers

This flower shop is a nuisance. Three times a week, at 4:30 a.m., a heavy delivery truck roars backwards into the parking area in front of the shop, even though it doesn't open until 8:30 a.m. And only after massive complaints from the residents did the delivery driver fail to unload the truck well before 6 a.m., i.e. during the night's rest. But at 6 o'clock sharp the thunder and banging starts when the large roll containers are unloaded. Residents who are early risers no longer have to set an alarm clock. In business you can then continue to get angry. The saleswoman lets me feel straight away that I'm actually bothering you with my questions. Can't I just pay for the goods and leave? Customer advice, why? But I would have liked to know where all the fungus gnats in the shop come from, these little root-eating plant pests that I would also bring home with the plants. At least I was able to kill two of them in the shop before I swore I wouldn't buy anything here anymore and would rather go to one of the other three flower shops across the street.

I just hate this very bad store and the way saleswomen dealt with it was very bad behavior, she doesn't even know how to talk to customers It will be my last visit there, I will never go to this store again go

Was there today, bought roses on behalf of my neighbor. Saleswoman was very nice, don't understand that others write here that the staff is unfriendly?! Prices (I think) very high [24 roses for €71.76], but well, the neighbor wanted to have it and paid for it.
