No recommendation! Delivery is free for orders over €20, at least that's what the website says. I was billed 6 euros for the delivery, and the total price agreed on the phone was only included as a net price in the end. Are we in the B2B business here? That's ridiculous. In addition, the agreed delivery time was missed by almost 3 hours. The customer service is miserable - no apologies for the circumstances, it wasn't even enough for a personal address in the mail.
I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my birthday. He was so perfect. In Corona times, as a Fleurop gift, it was the best thing that could have happened to me.
Have been buying our flowers for years and are very satisfied with the staff and the quality of the goods.
My grandmother's grave was beautifully planted again for Easter! Thanks very much !
