A huge selection. Price-performance ratio quite okay. The staff is very unfriendly. Especially the elderly lady who works there.

Really sucks shop.... Rude staff who couldn't even tie a bouquet. I'm not talking about the high art of floristry here, but about tying the flowers on the stem with a ribbon. And what's worse is actually the unfriendliness, almost cheekiness towards the customers. Never again! Alsdorf has much better florists who understand service and their craft... e.g. Höppener and Viola... The flowers also last much longer and you get helpful tips.

I buy regularly from Blumen Krimp on the Burtscheider Markt. Recently, a hydrangea I bought was of poor quality (I only enjoyed it for 1 day, then unfortunately I had to throw it away. It's a shame because it wasn't cheap). 1 week ago I bought 2 bunches of peonies early in the morning. The buds did not burst even after 1 week. I then removed the outer petals to aid in the flowering process. The buds did not open. Today I went to the market stall to complain about the flowers. I was told I would have to cut the peonies to which I replied that I did. Then came the comment: I always say don't buy buds........ Very funny, since the store manager chose exactly this bunch with the buds and flowers that are still closed for me. No accommodation. I was very upset and will not buy flowers there again.

Was just there for the first time. Plants, in my opinion, super quality. The rest just got me completely bored. Buying flowers is actually relaxation and fun, it was absolutely not like that there. Firstly, I was bullied, was in the wrong section??!! I knew nothing about it and found it confusing. Didn't know who was meant by screaming for AUE. Then a lady said all right, I'll help and bang, she was again deep in private conversations, apparently with a colleague, because customers were gossiping about how they handle hydrangeas. Body contact despite Corona, no problem there. Patting and almost nose to nose included. You were also called on the first name, with normal it doesn't matter, it was just completely inappropriate for the whole first impression. Well, as I said, I took flowers, they look great. I don't have to go again, unfortunately

Beautiful fresh flowers at an acceptable price. Good advice on choosing.
