After two days, the flowers are already wilting. Why did I get swapped Photo of the new flowers is also included.
The flowers are a dream and very durable, priced very cheap to reasonable. What doesn't work at all is the behavior of the employees. They argue in front of customers about closing time and overtime. A customer in front of me was so unfriendly that I was a little afraid she would take her frustration out on me too. The florist's look spoke volumes... Such behavior in a salesperson's profession is absolutely inappropriate, not to mention being friendly to each other. Conclusion: plant quality top - service training urgently needed!
Repeatedly treated very snotty and unfriendly, especially by the smaller older lady of the house. Unfortunately, I bought flowers for a lot of money, which were already completely gone after 2 days. I don't go to the store anymore and I won't recommend it either.
Large selection/variety, very good price/performance ratio and always first-class advice from Mr. Marco Reimann. Here you will find the most beautiful flowers in Ahrensburg. I will only order from here in the future. Thank you for the great service Marco and best regards to the entire team.
Very bad customer service. I was there 45 minutes BEFORE closing time and just wanted 3 roses tied together nicely. Then it was said: No, I can't do it, I'm almost off. And when I was told that it wasn't 45 minutes, I only got a snotty answer.
